Conditions of Cancellation

Should a client cancel his reservation, the following fees will be due

* A stay of 1-3 nights :

Any cancellation that occurs less than 72 hours from the expected arrival date :
100% of the amount of the stay.

* A stay of 4 + nights :

Any cancellation that occurs within 30 days from the expected arrival date :
100% of the amount of the stay.

* No-show :

In case of a no-show at the guest-house :
100% of the total coast of the stay, including all the services purchased.

L’annulation d’un séjour devra nous parvenir par courrier ou par e-mail.

En cas de remboursement, une somme forfaitaire de 60 € sera retenue pour frais de dossier.

L’acompte de 30% est définitivement acquis par le bailleur dès son encaissement,

En cas d’annulation du Loueur à moins de 60 Jours, ce dernier remboursera l’acompte et ne pourra être poursuivi.

Tout départ anticipé de la Demeure d’hôtes « Les Quatre Saisons » ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement.
